Cocktail Bartender of the Year

Edward Dillon& Co and Ashville Media are looking to recognise the best Cocktail Bartender in the country of Ireland.

The competition will be open to all bartenders across the 32 counties. Any willing entrant will create a cocktail using the set ingredients listed on the entry form, create a video of their cocktail creation from start to finish of the cocktail and submit through the awards website. The top 10 finalists will then be invited to a Live final to create a cocktail live and in front of a panel of judges.

At this live final, the 10 finalists will have to create two cocktails.

Round 1: Present and make 2x servings of the entry cocktail creation with the pre chosen ingredients.

Round 2: Create 1x cocktail from a mystery box in the ”Ready Steady Shake” round. The contenders will be asked to make a cocktail using up to 8 ingredients never seen before and then presented to the judges.

The winner will be announced at the Bar of the Year Awards ceremony on the 18th August 2025 in the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road
